去黑眼圈吃什么好

黑眼圈也是我们常说的“熊猫眼”,是由于经常熬夜,情绪不稳定,眼部疲劳、衰老等原因造成的眼部色素沉着。去黑眼圈不是简单地涂眼霜敷眼膜就能去除的,根据黑眼圈形成的不同原因,“对症下药”才能有效消除黑眼圈。

适宜食物

1、宜多吃富含维生素A、维生素E的食物

2、多吃富含优质蛋白质的食物

3、注意含铁食物的摄入

4、宜食滋补肝肾的食物

禁忌食物

1、勿摄入过咸的食物和刺激性过大的食物

2、勿过多抽烟、喝酒

3、切忌熬夜
